Hi gang,

My wife and I just bought a condo down near the end of Park and so far we're loving Emeryville. The condos are beautiful too (bluestarcorner.com) if you're looking for a place.

I could do with a little less mega retail, but oh well, at least I can walk to get almost anything I need and my wife and I haven't driven our car for a commute since our move! I've been biking to MacArthur... is there perhaps a better route I can take? I'm coming from Park/Halleck. I don't mind going further if it means less traffic. Mostly I'm trying to avoid 40th st as much as possible when I'm still sleepy.
